Shipping and delivery

We ship to every governorate in Egypt

Delivery times

  • Cairo and Giza: 2 to 3 working days after the order is confirmed.
  • Other governorates: 3 to 7 working days after the order is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and can run longer in busy seasons, in bad weather, or for reasons outside our control.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost is shown clearly before you confirm your order and depends on the governorate. Orders above a set value ship free; the threshold is shown on the cart and checkout pages.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available in most governorates. For some orders we may ask for an extra confirmation before shipping.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with its tracking number, so you can follow it along the way.
